These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ukraine Server Hosting. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Ukraine Server Hosting provides server hosting services including, but not limited to:
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Cloud Hosting
- Colocation and related infrastructure services
All services are subject to availability and technical limitations.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
Ukraine Server Hosting is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities under Ukrainian or international law
- Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Spam, phishing, or unauthorized email campaigns
- Copyright infringement or illegal content distribution
- Network abuse or activities affecting service stability
Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination without notice.
4. Payments, Billing & Refunds
- All services are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Failure to complete payment may lead to service suspension or termination
- Taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the customer
5. Service Availability & Maintenance
Ukraine Server Hosting strives to provide high service availability as outlined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance may occur and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by:
- Force majeure events
- Customer misconfiguration
- Third-party service failures
6. Data & Backups
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups
- Ukraine Server Hosting is not liable for data loss or corruption
- Optional backup services may be provided upon request
7. Security & Compliance
While we implement infrastructure-level security measures, customers are responsible for:
- Application security
- Operating system updates
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
8. Suspension & Termination
Ukraine Server Hosting reserves the right to:
- Suspend services for policy violations or non-payment
- Terminate accounts involved in illegal or abusive activities
- Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ukraine Server Hosting shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Events beyond reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service period.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ukraine Server Hosting harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate or rely on third-party providers. Ukraine Server Hosting is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.
12. Force Majeure
Ukraine Server Hosting is not responsible for service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or network disruptions.
13. Modifications to Terms
Ukraine Server Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Jurisdiction shall be determined based on operational and legal requirements.
